How do I find invoices for Stripe payments?

We are filing our year end accounts and have noticed there is no invoice for stripe payments.

I have looked at the https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/payments/shopify-payments page and it says there should be a button marked "documents" - this button is not on the shopify payments section.

Also looking for the payout receipts from Stripe. Asked Shopify agents and they just turn in circles without knowing the actual answer.
It is clearly a GREYZONE in their knowledge base. So Shopify by default uses Stripe for the payouts, but as a user you don't have automatically an account there so there is no Stripe portal to retrieve these receipts from. At one point the agent just closed the conversation as they did not know the answer. Threw in the towel ... big failure
