How do I find my Merchant Identification Number for Texas Sales Tax ID?

Hello, I am trying to register for my Texas Sales Tax ID and I need to know my Merchant Identification Number to continue. If you could please get back to me as soon as possible because I really want to get my online shop up and going that would be greatly appreciated.
