How do I get my ss# removed from someones shopify account

SHOPIFY has been sending 1099-K for someones website to my social security number for years. The account info is listed on the 1099K. I have nothing to do with this website and shopify gives no avenue to report this or to remove my ss# from the site!! I've contacted to website owner to have it resolve and they say that they have, but there is no way for me to confirm it. I've wasted many hours trying to get through their stupid AI chatbot. It's crazy that a shopify allows this to persist on their platform and won't help to stop it!
