How do I link my bank account for payouts when my business details are pending?

My account is on hold because I need to “submit more details” about my business (EIN which I don’t have yet, name of business as it is registered.) I just registered my business few days ago I’m not sure it’s in the database yet. All this happened because  I chose to use Shopify instead for payout instead of linking my bank. I try to go back and link my bank instead but it won’t let me… what do I do? I want to start selling.
