Financing, tax rates, and accounting
Could someone please tell me how to print out year end reports?
Thank you
Hey, @thegranary.
Thanks for bringing your question to our Community forum. I noticed you are a new member, welcome! I'm happy to take a closer look into this with you.
Before we begin, are there any reports in particular that you are hoping to extract? You will find access to your reports by going through your Shopify Dashboard, clicking Analytics, then Reports. I will walk you through some that I think may be helpful for end-of-year reporting.
First, the Finances Summary link will show you an overview of your sales, payments, liabilities, and gross profit for the selected timeframe. Within each section of the Finances Summary, there are links to the related reports:
For more information about the reporting available in this section check out our help document: Finance reports. From there, I suggest opening your Billing Report. This report will show you the bills and fees you paid to run your store:
Please let me know if there are other specific reports you need to access and I am more than happy to continue working on this together. In the meantime, how is everything going with your business? Do you have any big business goals going into 2022?

Thank you for all of the helpful information. I am also looking for information on how to verify inventory? I cant seem to find a simple report by vendor, I just find one big report with every vendor together. Is there a simpler way to do this?
Thank you
Hey, @thegranary.
Thanks for getting back to me. I'm happy to hear that you found the information I shared helpful. We can definitely continue working on this together.
To view your inventory reports, you can go to Analytics > Reports and then Inventory. From there, you can break down your inventory by the product vendor. I suggest using the 'manage filters' option when you open the report. For example:

Is there another place to view a year end report on how much you pay in shop fees, like transaction fees, monthly bill, monthly app fees? The options you gave do not show up for me.. I need a yearly report of all fees paid to shopify! Under billing it will only show the last 90 days
Thanks,
Emily
Hey, @EmilyHurst.
Thanks for bringing your question here. Welcome to the Community! I'm happy to take a look into this with you.
To access your billing history, please try going into Settings > Billing. Then under the Bills section, you will see the option to 'View all billing history.' From there, you can click on 'Export CSV file' and use the 'Export bills by date' option to select the past year:
Let me know how that goes! If you require something else, please don't hesitate to let me know and we can continue to look into this together. In the meantime, I'd love to hear more about your business. How has everything been going? What type of products do you sell?
