How do I register a legal business for my fitness store in Georgia, US?

I have a lot of question because i just started opening my shopify store(I sell fitness products) and some of the apps/marketing that i need to use is requiring me a legal business name. Do i need to open llc account for that? or How do i register a legal business?

Whether or not you choose to register your business as an LLC (Limited Liability Company) is down to you as the business owner, and whether or not you do so may depend on laws in your state and jurisdiction. I would recommend speaking to a legal professional in your state if you are unsure if this is a requirement as this is not something myself or anyone at Shopify can confirm for you.
