How do you handle duty on alcohol products in shopify

Hi There

Looking for a soultion for selling alcohol of varied volumes etc on shopify. although all will be eligibe for UK VAT of 20% they will also have varied duty on them based on the volume etc. 

So I am looking for a solution to add a field for this or if there is some way in shopify to do this? We are looking for this so that our shopify reporting matches the way it is done in other areas of the business but I am yet to find a solution.

Even if someone has done this as a custom build or used an app if not available out the box?

Hi, just wondering if you ever found a solution to this? We have the same issue as need to capture the Duty for reporting.
