How does tax calculation work for a print on demand store selling in USA, Canada, and UAE?

I am store owner and I am setting up my store, and I plan to set up print on demand store from India and sell in USA Canada and uae. Can someone guide me how would tax calculation work, should I

1) include or exclude tax 

2) should vet be charged 

3) I am not tax expert so can someone or some institution mange this since I am in India and taxes are meant for USA Canada and uae
