Hello I have a client who is using Shopify and I am taking on her balances since inception (2019) on Quickbooks Online.
Later she started using Shopify. I'm not sure how many apps work between Quickbooks Online and Shopify?
I'm thinking I should do the accounting until she used Shopify first?
I'm confused as there doesn't seem to be as much data as I expected in Shopify. Does the data get purged or should it all be there?
Thanks for your help.
Hi there,
The data doesn't get purged, she might have automatic archiving enabled. You will just need to set a different filter to view the archived orders
Quickbooks has a connector to Shopify, if you haven't seen it already, see here https://quickbooks.intuit.com/online/integrations/shopify/
