How to access 1099 from from shopify when store is deactivated

Hi,

I received an email to my 1099k form from. Shopify but I need to login to access it. However I deactivate my store last year and I can't see the form without reactivating it. Is there a way for me to get the form and my finance information without reactivating it and paying for a new plan  just to log in to get those information.

It doesn't allow me to speak with a live agent when I don't have a current store. How can I speak with someone to find out how to download my 1099? It's ridiculous that there is no email or phone # to call.
