How to access old Shopify Capital Loan documents and transactions?

How do I access old Shopify Capital loan documents from years past? We are doing our taxes and our accountant says previous payments against those loans were incorrectly accounted for. I don't have the original transaction records to provide them and they are no longer available in the Shopify UI and Shopify Support no longer takes calls (or even answers emails apparently). What do you suggest?
