How to adjust VAT percentage for EU based store?

Hello,
I set up our VAT number (based in EU) and when someone buys an item, it charges 21%. But the VAT in Czech Republic is 15%. I can't find where to change it. In the product setting, it only allows me to check 'Charge tax on this variant"

I recommend first reading over our Setting up EU taxes help document to ensure that you've followed the steps and set everything up correctly for your specific situation. If you have done that, taxes will automatically calculate the correct VAT percentage depending on your customer's location. If you need to charge a VAT rate other than the standard rate, you can set up a tax override by following the steps in this help document.
