How to apply VAT only on specific items in Christmas hampers?

Hello, 

We need some help with Christmas hampers taxation in the UK.

The hampers include food (no VAT) and alcoholic drinks (20% VAT) - if we tick the taxation box on the product page, the fee applies to the value of the whole hamper and we need it to apply only on certain items. Could we tailor made VAT per product? Set a value for it rather than a percentage?
