Financing, tax rates, and accounting
Our company's 1099K has been tied to our CFO for the past few years by mistake. I've reached out to customer support to no avail. What is the best way to contact someone in the tax department to get this resolved and our account information updated?

In order to have your tax documents updated, your request needs to be escalated to our Tax Team via the Support Team. However, the Support Advisor is only able to escalate the situation if the request is made by the designated Account Owner. The request cannot be made by a Staff Account.
Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request through live chat, email, or callback. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in 'Ask about a topic', scroll down to 'Get Support', and then click 'Continue.'

Thanks so much for your reply! I am the Account Owner - the support agent advised that they were submitting our request to the Tax Team and the Tax Team would reach out to me, but I've yet to hear back. Is there a way to get a request directly into the Tax team?

Unfortunately, having the ticket escalated to the Tax Team is the only way to be in contact with them. I assure you, they will respond to your query. However, it may take some time as during tax season the queue is significantly larger.

They did contacted you? And how long it took? I'm still waiting for them to contact me. It's just horrible. I hear they contact you after 6 months!
Hi - it did take about 3 months to get resolved. But, I would respond to the open thread almost weekly to ask for an update. Definitely, keep pushing!
