Financing, tax rates, and accounting
I closed my store in May 2023 and my renewal was due in December 2023, which of course, I did not renew. But now when I go into my portal to look for tax forms I can't see anything it just wants me to renew my plan. How can I see if I have a tax form or not?

I understand that you are looking to access your tax reports for a closed shop. When an account is closed, merchants cannot access the Shopify Admin which allows them to view tax forms. Since you do not have access to the admin, you can review your email inbox to locate the email with a link to your tax form before the account was closed.
