I understand that you would like access to your 1088-k document without reactivating your account. This form can only be accessed via the Shopify admin so we are unable to email you directly. However, I recommend reaching out to our Help Center to request access to this document. If you are unable to log in, try clicking "I don't have an account" then select a topic on the next page, and scroll down to the very bottom of that page to view the support options available to you.

I understand that you are unable to access your 1099-k document as you are unable to access your admin. At the moment, the best option would be to reach out through the Help Center. I'd be happy to walk you through the steps to get in touch without logging in to your account. Firstly, type in "Can't login". Then, you will see a button at the button that says "I still need help". From there, open the "Account support" link and scroll down to see the support options.
