How to handle VAT charges from dropship suppliers in the UK?

In the U.K. I do not need to register for VAT until my sales reach £88k. So to avoid more admin I will wait to see how successful the store is. My DROPSHIP suppliers do charge vat and include it in their RRP. I do not charge my customers vat and adjusted my prices less vat. Has anyone else encountered this with their Shopify suppliers? I only sell to U.K. customers only.
