How to I get a total inventory value based on sales price?

Hello, I am seeing an insurance adjuster today and they are asking me for the value of our inventory. I see that in reports I can get the total value based on cost, but I can't find how to get it based on sales price. Need help ASAP!

Shopify does not have a way to see the value based on sales price.
