How to set up a Shopify account when your business type is not listed?

Has anyone ever set up a Shopify account where their business type (in Settings>Payments>Complete Account Setup>Business Type) was not listed in the drop down menu? We are a public school/ISD and our W-9 lists us as Other>Government Entity. We are not considered Nonprofit or anything else on this list.
