I haven't been paid yet

I haven't been paid yet. I got my first order and the customer received the product(13 days later). They used pay-pal. I have my payment connected. They revived it yesterday(36 hours ago). But i have checked my payout and i have no payout or transaction. I checked my pay-pal and bank account but still i have not been paid. Please help

I came across a few FAQs on PayPal's official website and there can be numerous reasons why you have not yet received your money.

thank you! but i figured out in the morning that you need to verify your pay-pal because i recently created by pay-pal and didn't have the number or email verified. But after i did so i got the money from the customer as pending. luckily i figured it out in 21 days because it said if he isn't done after 21 days the customer gets refunded.
