I want my money back. I even not using shopify at all

Hello. I just created this account in here and even im not using it today i got that it automatically took money from my bank account. I want it back to me because i’m not using shopify at all since i created this. What can i do?help me please

If you have received a charge from the Shopify platform and did not intend to use the store that was created - we will need to verify you as the store owner to take a further look.
