WE HAVE NOT USED OUR ACCOUNT FOR OVER A YEAR BUT ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL AS THE CODE TO LOGIN DOES NOT GET SENT TO THE MAIN ACCOUNT HOLDER. PLEASE ADVISE HOW TO DO THIS.
