Integration Shopify / Zettle - issues with VAT and archived products

Dear Community, 

I use Shopify for my online store, and Zettle for my POS. 

I did the integration some weeks ago, but unfortunately I have some issues I can't solve: 

- The archived items still appear on Zettle, 

- worse than that, even if the archived items include taxes (VAT) on Shopify, they appear with no tax on Zettle. 

How can I solve that?
