Invoice Issue - Unable To See The Send Invoice Option For Any Orders

Hello, My store is www.shopferme.com I have set it up and can place orders but I am not seeing the "Send Invoice" option for any orders. Could anyone please help me sort this out?

The "Send invoice" option is typically only available for draft orders. If a customer places an order through your online store the "Send invoice" button would likely not be available since, in most cases, the order is already paid for. If you can tell me more details about how you manage your orders and why you're looking for this button, I can share more information to help. Depending on these factors you may also need to use a third party app to do what you're hoping for. Hi Erin, 

Thanks for replying and for the details too. So, I had a couple of customers who even after paying online while placing an order, asked for an Invoice. 

I am aware of the Invoices for Draft orders. Is there a way to send an Invoice to the customer for the prepaid order without using third-party apps?

You can print a copy of your admin order page and packing slips from within your Shopify admin without using apps, but for an invoice you'd need to use an app. If you don't want to use a third party app, there is an app created by Shopfy, called Order Printer, that you can use to create invoices. You can find the Order Printer app in the app store here. We also have more information on how to use the app on this page.
