I understand that as a business owner, managing multiple invoices can be hard. I'm not sure I understand the exact context of your question, but some tips you can use are, including the tips when you send out invoices, keeping your receivables close,  and not losing sight of the big picture, which is for you to focus on your monthly profits. You can use Wave Accounting (it's free) or Quickbooks and process each invoice giving your customer the ability to pay online. Or you can use Square, I've found this avenue works very well for some of my bookkeeping clients.
