ireland legal requirements for setting up shopify store

hi there I am looking for help.  I am dabbling in the world of drop shipping and am based in Ireland  (I work a full time job during the day and this is a side line venture).  What business requirements must I satisfy in order to comply with Shopify policy?.  I don't have a business number and am not setup as a sole trader even.  I opened a store with one product and now my store has been shut down by shopify as I am being told I am in breach of the acceptable use policy section 7 and when I asked why I have told I need to provide .
