Is it common for the 1099K forms to arrive late?

Hi,

Is it normal for Shopify to be very late in releasing the 1099k forms? They said we will receive it by today but I have not received anything. Is this the same for everyone?

I am also waiting for my 1099K.  It was promised by the end of the month!
