Is paying back a Shopify Capital loan via PayPal a scam?

I am getting emails from shopify asking me to pay back my shopify capital loan VIA paypal... IS this a scam?

I spoke to someone from the Capital team who said they sometimes use PayPal to collect outstanding amounts, but they'd really need to take a closer look into your account (and speak to the Account Owner (AO)) to be sure.
