So I click the Shopify app and login to my account and go to my store TravelingTieGuy and it says “unable to connect to server error 423” and it does the same thing when I try on safari it says “unable to connect to store” is my store blocked or what’s going on?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble logging in to your store. I don't believe that your store is blocked, though there may be an issue with the browser, device, or internet service provider allowing access to your admin and/or storefront.
Are you able to login from another browser like Google Chrome? Shopify does support the latest version of Safari as well, but testing another browser temporarily can help us determine whether the issue is with the browser or elsewhere.
Please let me know which devices and browsers you've tested along with the operating system version and app version you're using. For example, I'm using version 9.4.0 of the Shopify mobile app on Android 11. If any updates are available, please take a moment to download those and try logging in again.
Regarding the 423 error and “unable to connect to store” error you saw, please share screenshots of the full message if these come up again. It would be helpful to know your internet service provider as well. Thank you! I look forward to your reply.
