Limiting Access To Reports In A Staff Account

My sales tax accounting firm logs in my reports interface every month to download information to file sales taxes.

They only need access to one report in my Custom Reports sections. It would be nice if there was a way to limit what reports they have access to. Currently to get that single report they have access to all other reports as well.

Hi @Sneiv,

At this time it is not possible to grant access for staff members on a report-by-report basis; you can make it so that they can either access your entire Reports section of the Shopify admin, or not at all. I can appreciate why this is frustrating in your situation and I will be sure to pass your feedback onto our development team for them to consider.

In the meantime, an alternative workflow you could consider would be running and downloading the custom report your accounting firm needs access to and sending it to them yourself, rather than them do this via their staff account.

Hi Victor, I see that this was created in 2022 and this hasn't been yet developed? It's really important to have the option to limit staff member to only certain reports...
