Financing, tax rates, and accounting
I had created a shopify back in october. I wanted to test out some stuff and I'm disappointed. I need a refund. Please do the needfull.
Hi, @ManishJ,
Hank here from Shopify.
Sorry to hear you were disappointed with the platform, may I ask why this is and perhaps I may be able to assist? Is it an issue pertaining to sales or is it a case that you just do not wish to proceed with the store currently? I can certainly do my best to help with any roadblocks that may occur.
Refunds are on a case by case basis as our terms of service state, we do not offer refunds. However, some cases can be an exception but would need to be reviewed, and charges within the past 30 days.
Is your store still open, or is it now closed? Should you wish to query a refund, you would need to close your store first, and I can detail the next steps needed then.
Let me know how you get on or if you have any additional questions.
All the best,
Hank
