I have created a new store & was wondering what is the best bookkeeping software to integrate to automate my accounting.
I'm using Kashflow accounting software.

I'm not as familiar with Kashflow, but I've used A2X with both Xero and QuickBooks Online for my clients.  It works great.

If you're not going to hire an educated professional which is what I'd advise, then I'd look into AccountingSuite with it's built in eCommerce feature or GoDaddy bookkeeping their essentials version. GoDaddy is the cheapest route $9.99 USD a month, and will probably give you everything you need.
