For the last two months I have not be able to download an invoice for my payouts, it just says no document available even though there are transactions. I am using stripe. Any ideas?

This might sound a bit odd, but clearing your web browser’s history/ cache could help. On the chance that it doesn’t, would you be able to clarify if you are using Shopify Payments or Stripe? You can view Shopify Payments from the admin, but if it is Stripe, you need to check the dashboard outside of Shopify.
If it is not that either, I’m thinking to send you a direct email about this, to be able to take a deeper look and perhaps get a screenshot from you to get a clearer understanding of what exactly is happening.
Thanks for the reply. I tried clearing my cache and it didnt work. It is shopify payments that I am using which is within the admin. I have attached a screenshot
