Our UK Tax Set Up is proving difficult. Shopify and Shopify Experts so far unable to assist...

We have a complex tax issue with our store and really need some help as it is causing profit leakage. We predominantly sell children's clothing in the UK only which is 0% VAT chargeable. We therefore only need to charge 0% VAT on our shipping for orders that contain all 0% vateable items. However, we then also need to charge 20% on some items and link the shipping VAT to that too. This needs to be configured in the Shopify admin settings and we have failed to achieve this.

Has anyone overcome this before?
