Financing, tax rates, and accounting
If I live in Canada, can I register a business in Florida and collect and remit my sales tax there to meet my tax obligations? I want to sell t-shirts, and the company that will print and ship them is located there.

We aren't able to provide tax advice in regards to your business, so I recommend consulting with your local tax professional so that you can confirm that you'll be filing and remitting your taxes correctly.
From Shopify's end however, if you're planning to use Shopify Payments for your store's payment gateway, you might be eligible to use Shopify Payments US if you live outside of the country. Because Shopify Payments accounts are region specific though, there are certain conditions that will need to be met for that region. All cases will need to be reviewed by our internal tax team, and you'll need to provide documents to our team to verify that you have a physical business operations on US soil and that you have a US tax ID. We from india and in india there are lot of features not enabled by shopify.
We want to start a new shopify US account with theme in built currency converter and langauge converter .also wish to ship worldwide using shopify markets and shopify payements.
what docs needed for these ,please guide us we can start the US documentation process.

As mentioned in my earlier reply, although businesses outside of the US may be eligible to apply for Shopify Payments US, accounts are to be individually reviewed by our internal team for eligibility. Was there any particular reason that you're wanting to apply for Shopify Payments US?
The reason that I ask is because a currency and language converter can be implemented to your store even without a Shopify Payments account. Most stores should now also have access to Shopify Markets, which will allow you to localise your store's content. I'll leave a few documents below for further information and help, but let me know if you need me to clarify any of the information I laid out above!
