Percentage in sales is higher than what it was expected.

at the store while testing a purchase with paypal and stripe. The percentage is not the one mentioned.

For instance, shopify should apply 2 per, and stripe 2  per but when doing a purchase at the store, the % is much higher 

Is there a place where i can check this? how can i actually set this right so the purchases from customers do not get this excesive? is there a channel where i can contact to see this more in detail? thanks in advance

Would you happen to have a screenshot to share of the percentages displayed differently in the checkout, by any chance? Could you also clarify with us what percentage that you are referring to?
