permanently closing my store

I am going to permanently close my store and I'm wondering if I will still be able to access my records so I can do my taxes early next year.  What is the best way to make sure I can still access this information ?  Can I do it without continuing to pay the monthly fee for the online store?

With regards to your inquiry, I always recommend you try to get all the necessary information you need from your store before closing it. Here's a great help document that walks you through exporting reports for your records. 

I have also found this other document that shows you how to navigate and view your payouts. 

Once you close your store however, you can still re-open your store or view your past bills, and your store's information is guaranteed for 2 years.
