If you do not have an outstanding invoices attached to the store we should be able to grant you temporary access to the account so you can retrieve the relevant information that you need. Please contact our support team via the Help Center and explain the situation to them so they can look into granting you access to the store for this purpose.
How do we go about contacting the support team when the link takes you to a dead page? I literally just want to print out my financial summary. I don't understand why this is so hard to be able to do?
Apologies, the link I included in my last message was incorrect. This link should work. You can speak with the chatbot on the right-hand side and ask to be connected to a member of our support team and you should be directed to start a live chat. You do not need to be logged in to connect with our team.
I just asked the same question. It seems silly to me that we can't access information just because the store was deactivated. Hopefully the answer you got helps is both. Good luck!
