Financing, tax rates, and accounting
My Shopify products usually automatically collect sales tax in Florida. I recently uploaded 3 products and so far all the Florida orders have not automatically collected sales tax. How can I fix this?
Go into the products, one at a time, and make sure the box for "charge tax on this product" is checked.

What about when you have that toggle on and it still isn’t collecting sales tax for orders from Florida?
Exactly what I’m talking about, someone said it’s related to the product categories and then a law that changed with taxes?
I have all products toggled for “charge tax” and it also says in “taxes and duties” that I’m collecting in Florida but no sales tax have been charged by orders.
