Questions on creating a Drop shipping business

I am looking into drop shipping with Shopify very soon, my problem is that I am currently 16 and obviously not the adequate age to legally own the Shopify account. In order to get around that I do have permission from my guardian to use their information for the account. With their information being inputted I do understand that when its time to file taxes they will be responsible for it. I am wondering, when I do start my business, will I need to file for anything before opening for sales so I have no interruptions when selling.
