QuickBooks Online Global Connector Experience

Hello Shopify Community! I'm wondering if anyone has experience using the QuickBooks Online Global Connector? Specifically, I'm looking to connect with a store that is successfully using the connector. Our Finance Team wants to ensure we can have a smooth transition, and ideally would like to walk through the backend with any business who uses this connector (kind of like a demo). We'd really like to see exactly how Quickbooks syncs with Shopify, and how the automatic 'sorting' will work to align with Quickbooks line items.
