"Your store will be frozen" But pay button isn't visible

"Your store will be frozen" But pay button isn't visible

Hi All,
We are getting message "Your store will be frozen if we can’t process the payment by 11 Feb 2022."
But while going to billing page: admin/settings/billing/invoice/xxxxxx Pay button isn't visible.
@Shopify team please can you quickly check this issue

I appreciate that you have included a screenshot as that is very helpful! The reason that the option is not available is due to the failed attempt to charge the bill, we can update the billing methods to allow the charge to be successful.


n order for us to look further into the billing of the online store, we will need to authenticate you for the store in question. Since we cannot authenticate over our public Community Forums, it would be more secure to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking with a Support Advisor about the billing of your account.
