I am just wanting to know if someone can provide me with information on what are all the licenses I need to operate an online store out of the state of California. If we want to take credit card payments will my partner and I be required to have an LLC or anything? What kind of personal information on us will the vendors who we can get credit card processing services from require us to provide?
