What is my account charged every month $39 for a canceled subscription and closed account? If there is no solution and I'm not contacted directly, I will use social media to try to resolve this instead. It's ridiculous to run a business with no phone number or email address to contact someone for help. Bots don't get the job done for all scenarios. STOP CHARGING MY ACCOUNT!

I’ve cancelled my account months ago and I’m still being charged I spoke with Shopify via chat and they said they would handle it still being billed so I had my back handle it and they charged back the charges and low and behold another charge this month. Like wtf!!!
