I was charged the annual fee today, and I immediately tried through the support to be able to change it to "paused" status, but they would only be able to give be credit if I changed the status. I've decided to close the store, because I really just can't afford to keep the store up, anymore. How soon would I receive a refund?

If you could just send an email into firstname.lastname@example.org from the address you use to log into your store and pass me the ticket number you get for this here, we can use this to access and discuss your account securely.
If your store has been closed within a certain timeframe, we will be able to request a refund for you ASAP. 🙂
