(Regional - Malaysia) New 10% "Standard" Tax in addition to 6% "Service" Tax

Hi, would like clarification on the newly imposed 10% "Standard" tax since Aug 2022 billing cycle, in addition to the existing 6% "Service" tax.

There were neither notification nor explanation regarding this tax. We're not sure if this is the withholding tax or a new kind of tax introduced. Would be great if anybody could clarify this.
