Is it possible to export the report of product sales but with the filter of order id?
Currently, I could export the product sales report by selecting the range of date, but I want to manually select the order instead.
For example:
Order ID: 1001 | Date 30/8/2024
- Product A: 3 units
- Product B: 2 units
Order ID: 1002 | Date 1/9/2024
- Product B: 7 units
- Product C: 1 units
Order ID: 1003 | Date 2/9/2024
- Product B: 1 units
- Product C: 1 units
What I could do now is export from 30/8/2024-2/9/2024. But I want to manually select the order; for instance, Order 1001 and Order 1003.
Expected Result
Product A: 3 units | Total: $ A
Product B: 3 units | Total: $ B
Product C: 1 units | Total: $ C
Total Sales: $ A+B+C
Yes, you can use standard filters to do this. See the screenshot below:
Hi @Thanapol,
If you're open to using a third-party app, I’d recommend our app, DataChamp, for your needs. With DataChamp, you can easily create custom reports, apply filters for specific orders and date ranges, and much more. We’ve also recently added a new feature that allows you to aggregate columns, such as "Total Sales," which could be useful for your case.
If you decide to give our app a try and use the free trial, feel free to contact us at hello@datachamp.io, and we’ll help you set up the report.
Best regards,
Marvin
