Retrieve invoices after the account is closed

Hi, 

I need to get some past invoices for 2022 but the sore has been closed on the 30th of June and the person in charge of it left the company.

How could I retrieve those past invoices ?

I'd like to share a bit of info with you here that should be relevant to the situation you find yourself facing.

Generally speaking, when a store has been closed in good standing (ie there are no unpaid invoices or other issues with the account in question) we can add a few days' trial time to this store to allow you to access it and get a copy of any business info you need.

However, in order to do so we would need to be able to verify your identity as the store owner.

You mentioned here that the person who had been working as the account owner for your Shopify store is no longer working with you, 

As such, we would need to change the account owner on the account before it would be possible to extend the trial there.

Our Accounts team will investigate if it is possible to securely verify your ownership of this account using the tools at their disposal.
