How do I create quarterly sales reports by state in Shopify Basic plan? Is it possible?

Hi there,

Shopify does not have any customizable Sales reports on the Basic version.

Our Report Toaster app can help with this. We have a sales reports that can be configured to provide exactly what you want. Best part is that this would be available to you under our Free version. If you decide to install please just contact support if you need any help.

I understand how valuable these reports would be for your business, however, the Shopify Starter/Basic plan does not feature sales reports. You can access different types of reports depending on your store's Shopify subscription plan. With that being said, here are a few workarounds:

1. Use a third-party app: There are many apps available in the Shopify App Store that can generate sales reports by state. Some of these apps are free, while others require a monthly subscription.

2. Export data to Excel: You can export your sales data into a CSV file and import it into Excel, where you can sort and filter by state manually. This method may be time-consuming but does not require any programming knowledge.
