Financing, tax rates, and accounting
Hello -
Anytime I collect payment via my Chipper 2X BT Reader and send the receipt to the customer via text message, it doesn't show the tax breakdown. It also says shipping will be calculated at next step, which doesn't make any sense. It will however show the breakdown if I send the receipt via email. This happens when I am using the POS app.
Any ideas? I've attached an image.

I do want to confirm as I mentioned the other day that the tax breakdown is a known issue currently and has been escalated internally to our developers to look into a possible fix for this in the future, as this is done internally I wouldn't be able to provide you updates however it is definitely something that is being looked into!
In regards to the section that mentions Shipping will be calculated at the next step, my team have asked for this to be escalated to them.
Is there any update of a fix for this? I'm having the same problem. I see in Feb they were working on it, just hoping a fix is coming soon at least for the tax break down but also the Shipping calculated next step
I'm having this issue now. I was able to get the "shipping in next step" removed by unchecking the "this is a physcial product" box in the product page, but still having an issue with the tax amount. It seems to work fine with email recepits.
Any solution from this issue? We have the same problem, almost 2 years later.
